Who controls and processes your data
Qomero, Q-STU, Q&Ads and Q-Enable are brands run by QOMERO CO.,LTD (CÔNG TY TNHH QOMERO), enterprise code 0319681850, 227/15 Dinh Phong Phu Street, Tang Nhon Phu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. QOMERO CO.,LTD decides the purposes and means of processing and processes the personal data you send through the Q-Enable site itself: it is the personal data controller and processor under Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law No. 91/2025/QH15.
What we collect
For contact requests, we collect what you enter in a contact form: – your name; phone or Zalo; email, company, team size and industry (if given); – what you describe, depending on the form: your need or problem, tools in use, the result you want, the type of software or service, a description of your business, a link to documents, an expected budget, and when you need it; – technical details sent with the form: the page you sent it from, the page you first landed on, campaign (UTM) parameters if present, and the time of sending. To prevent repeated submissions, your IP address is used in one-way hashed form for a short time and is not stored with your request. We don't ask for sensitive personal data. Please don't send other people's personal data through the form.
Purposes
– to contact you and answer your request; – to prepare a call and, if you want to go on, a quote and a contract; – to pass your request to the brand that handles it (Qomero, Q-STU or Q&Ads) within QOMERO CO.,LTD; – to send you information related to your request, as you agree in the form; you can opt out at any time; – to prevent spam and duplicate requests. We don't sell form data or use it for advertising. Cookie-based measurement has a separate consent choice, described below.
Legal basis and consent
We process your data on the basis of your consent, under Article 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law: you tick the consent box before sending a form, the box is never pre-ticked, and silence is never taken as consent. Form consent covers Qomero contacting you about your request and sending related information; it does not grant consent to analytics and advertising cookies. If you sign a contract with us, the data needed to perform it is processed under that agreement (Article 19). You can withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it (Article 10(4)).
Who can access it
Only the people at QOMERO CO.,LTD who handle your request. To run the site and receive forms we use technical infrastructure from service providers, who may not use your data for their own purposes. Form data is not provided to anyone else unless the law or a competent state authority requires it. If you accept cookies, measurement data is sent to Google and Meta as described below.
How long we keep it
Data is kept for as long as its purpose requires. That depends on the complexity of each project or contract, so there is no single fixed period. Once the purpose is fulfilled, or when you ask us to delete it, the data is deleted or destroyed under Article 14 of the Personal Data Protection Law, unless the law requires it to be kept longer.
Cookies and analytics
The site may count page views in aggregate with Vercel Web Analytics. Google Analytics 4 (Google) and Meta Pixel (Meta) load only after you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner, to measure page views, successfully delivered enquiries, Zalo, call and booking clicks, and advertising performance. Conversion events send the site name and page path, without form answers or contact details. Google Analytics 4 uses _ga and _ga_<id> cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions; Meta Pixel uses _fbp and may use _fbc for visits from ads to measure and attribute advertising conversions. Google and Meta receive browser, device and visit data while their tools are active. You can choose “Reject” and still use the site and send forms. Your choice is saved in your browser (localStorage: qomero-measurement-consent-v1) for this site. To withdraw or change consent, open “Cookie preferences” in the footer and choose “Reject”: the page reloads to stop both tools and delete the _ga, _fbp and _fbc cookies the site can access. The choice applies separately on each domain; data already sent is not automatically deleted. The page you first landed on and campaign parameters are kept temporarily in your browser session to accompany a form, and are gone when you close the tab.
Transfers outside Vietnam
The infrastructure that hosts the site and receives forms may be located outside Vietnam. Where processing involves a cross-border transfer of personal data, QOMERO CO.,LTD complies with Article 20 of the Personal Data Protection Law and Decree No. 356/2025/ND-CP.
Your rights and how to use them
Under Article 4 of the Personal Data Protection Law you have the right: – to be informed about the processing of your personal data; – to consent, refuse, or withdraw consent; – to view, correct or ask us to correct your data; – to ask us to provide, delete or restrict processing of your data, and to object to processing; – to complain, denounce, sue and claim compensation as the law provides; – to ask for measures to protect your personal data. Send your request by email to clients@qomero.vn, or call 0917 037 788 and confirm by email so the request is on record in writing. We may ask for details to verify that you sent the data. We respond to and carry out requests within the time limits set by Decree No. 356/2025/ND-CP; if we cannot carry one out for a legitimate reason, we tell you why.
Security
Forms are sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only the people handling requests can access the data. If we find a breach of personal data protection rules that may harm you, we notify the specialised personal data protection authority under Article 23 of the Personal Data Protection Law and work to remedy it.
Changes
When this policy changes, we publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If a change widens the purposes of processing, we ask for your consent again.
